Cycling & Triathlon
- Custom cycling kit is where we started our business and we are the leading supplier of custom cycling clothing in Portugal; we now make just as much custom triathlon clothing though as we have been a market leader in bringing fabric and design technology to the personalised triathlon kit sector. Typically we can supply at prices 30% lower than those available in the UK and other European countries for comparable high-end clothing: our big advantage is that we sell directly from Portugal so you get to work directly with the factory and cut out the middle man or avoid expensive northern European factory prices. Our custom cycling clothing uses high-tech fabrics tested under racing conditions, such as BioCerâmica custom cycling jerseys and carbon mesh chamois for our custom bib shorts.
- Custom triathlon clothing has come a long way in recent years and we have made it our business to be at the cutting edge of new fabrics available to improve your performance in race conditions. We also use sublimation technology which allows you to carry any design you require on your custom tri or cycling kit.
- There is a one off charge for your custom design of EUR150 - you can use as many colours as you wish in your design at no extra charge. This fee covers either the entire cycling range or the entire triathlon range. If you are going to make both cycling and triathlon kit then the design fee will be charged at 50% again, although if you put in a reasonable sizes order we will be happy to negotiate this fee. We will happily produce a design for you based on a sketch or copying an existing design. - You can also produce a semi-custom cycling jersey design, based on one of our three templates or a semi-custom tri suit. You can choose any colours and of course your club name or other text in the font you choose. The design fee for this option is EUR90, which covers the complete cycling range. - Our minimum order for custom kit is 5 of each item (can be mixed sizes) to avoid a 50% surcharge on that item, unless you total order value is €1500 or more, in which case there are no minimum orders. Payment terms are 50% with the order and 50% prior to dispatch. Delivery times are generally four weeks, starting from the end of the week the design is approved and quantities confirmed. Delivery charges are roughly one euro per item for 3-5 day registered delivery - we charge exactly what it costs us. We can also distribute your custom cycling and triathlon kit for you if you have dispersed members who need to receive the kit (such as a charity cycling event or cycling/triathlon forum), so that you don't have to spend your time, packaging and posting individual items yourselves.
- These prices do not include sales tax (23%). If your company is tax registered then you will not be charged tax however, as the kit will be sold as an export. Payment can be made by euro bank transfer, sterling cheque/bank transfer or Paypal.
- We produce female specific cycling and triathlon kit sizing including a ladies specific chamois and we can also produce specific tailoring to meet your requirements, should you have an unconventional body shape (!). Please enquire for more details.
- Please enquire if you would like to see some samples from our custom cycle kit range and custom triathlon clothing range or for other custom sports clothing that we produce. There is no charge for samples – we only ask that you return them to us!
- We have a discount system available depending on your total order value (not including tax or postage):
