WHY US: We are a premium quality supplier of custom kit, located in a low-cost but high technology country (Portugal, one of the leading producers worldwide of premium quality sports clothing). We do not use national distributors (we are an internet business) so you can cut out the middle man and buy very high quality kit at fair prices. We also offer industry leading lead times and a total focus on customer service, whatever it takes.
ONLINE CLUB ORDER SYSTEM: Your club members can place their orders for their club kit online on a club page that we would create specifically for your club. This will allow you to automatically generate a consolidated club order, without the hassle of having to organize club members. You can also download our order form here
SAMPLES: Please enquire if you would like to see some samples from our custom cycle kit range and custom triathlon clothing range or for other custom sports clothing that we produce. There is no charge for samples – we only ask that you return them to us! You can also buy samples of our cycling and triathlon kit at our wholesale prices in the Carvalho Custom pink and blue design if you would like to try them out, or just because you like the kit! DESIGN: There is a one off charge for your custom design of €150 – you can use as many colours as you wish in your design at no extra charge. This fee covers either the entire cycling range or the entire triathlon range. We will happily produce a design for you based on a sketch or copying an existing design. You can also produce a semi-custom cycling jersey design, based on one of our three templates or a semi-custom tri suit. You can choose any colours and of course your club name or other text in the font you choose. The design fee for this option is €90. Each extra logo you add that is not print ready (vectorised) will cost €25.
MINIMUMS & TERMS: Our minimum order for custom kit is 5 of each item (can be mixed sizes) to avoid a 50% surcharge on that item, unless you total order value is €1500 or more, in which case there are no minimum orders. Payment terms are 50% with the order and 50% prior to dispatch. Delivery times are generally four weeks, starting from the end of the week the design is approved and quantities confirmed and we will guarantee delivery dates (2% for every date we are late). Delivery charges are roughly one euro per item for 3-5 day registered delivery. Our prices do not include sales tax (23%). If your company is tax registered then you will not be charged tax however, as the kit will be sold as an export. We have a discount system available depending on your total order value (not including tax or postage):€1500+ = 5%; €2500+ = 7%; €5000+ = 10%
